Anatomy and Physiology App Reviews

There just isnt anywhere near enough material to help you pass any sort of A&P course. For example- the section for Cardiac contains the material for Blood, Circulation and Cardiac, and covers it in a 28 minute lecture with a 50 question test. Each of those topics should have a minimum of 30 minutes (my instructor spent 5 class hours on blood alone) and 50 questions. My exam tomorrow is over cardiac physiology and there was 1 question on the cardiac exam that touched on it. Might be nice as a free app for high school, but $4 is a rip off for a college level course.

Great app but does not have the lymphatic system

I took Anatomy and Physiology I & II with this app and it helped SO MUCH. Im currently taking a concentrated Human Physiology course and its still helpful and applicable. It was worth the cost. My grades improved because I could study essentially anywhere. Its not just a set of quizzes, because the lecture portion of the app provides really helpful explanations to certain concepts. One critique: I wish there were a greater set of questions. I started memorizing the answers instead of thinking about the questions. Overall- great study app.

This is easily the best app on iTunes I recommend it to everyone. I love this app sooooo much its amazing. Anyone who thinks otherwise is crazy. Love this. GOOD JOB!!!!!

It helped on everything in life and lollipops

This app is so easy to use and the questions are excellently written and illustrated! Im recommending this to my friends and family, and especially any serious anatomy student out there!!!

Well written and extremely helpful. Illustrations are detailed and extremely well done. Would highly recommend this app for anyone studying Anatomy. Hope she develops one soon for Chemistry.

The quizzes are laid out nicely. You get pictures with most of them. Plus if you get one wrong you can get a good explanation of the correct answer. I just started using this for my A&P class and it has been more helpful than any of the other 20 apps I downloaded

This app is great for anatomy students. It just has test questions all relating to what you will find in Anatomy. If your a physio student like myself you can use this for review but otherwise useless. No physio related questions. The title is misleading. Good app though.

Very happy with this app. Flash cards on the go, and it covers A&p 1 and 2! Even tells you why an answer is wrong!

Freaking awesome!!! The information gives a thorough enough summary of key points, a lot more than other A&P apps. As a sleep deprived nursing student my favorite feature is that I have the option to have the information read to me!!! Which as it reads to you it automatically scrolls down so you can see reference pictures or optionally read along. A great find!! I fully recommend!!

I am a current anatomy student and I this app is the best one I have found. It has great pictures which also help when I have lab practicals.

Love it but missing lymphatic and immune system!

This is far the best app. for student nurses or those taking A & P. The app. even has a narrator; good for those who just want to listen while they drive, work out, or relax between classes. Nice work. Finally a good app. worth the money :-)

This is a very good reference app esp for anyone in the medical field who may have forgotten any of this info.

I really like this app...it has helped a lot in my A&P class...I do wish it had more information on joints....but love the audio option!!

The kind of basic stuff you already know, very unsatisfied with it, feel ripped off . Was hoping for an in depth app to really prep for nursing studies in fall. What a waste.

This application is a great bargain for the money. It provides over 150 minutes in audio and has great graphics and drawings for reviewing. I would suggest this app to others.
