Kelly Garret who currently works as a Chemistry and Anatomy/Physiology teacher in Falmouth Massachusetts developed this application. She has an extensive science background including a M.S. in Chemical and Life Sciences and a B.S. in Environmental and Forest Biology with a minor in Chemistry. There just isnt anywhere near enough material to help you pass any sort of A&P course. For example- the section for Cardiac contains the material for Blood, Circulation and Cardiac, and covers it in a 28 minute lecture with a 50 question test. Each of those topics should have a minimum of 30 minutes (my instructor spent 5 class hours on blood alone) and 50 questions. My exam tomorrow is over cardiac physiology and there was 1 question on the cardiac exam that touched on it. Might be nice as a free app for high school, but $4 is a rip off for a college level course.
Great app but does not have the lymphatic system
I took Anatomy and Physiology I & II with this app and it helped SO MUCH. Im currently taking a concentrated Human Physiology course and its still helpful and applicable. It was worth the cost. My grades improved because I could study essentially anywhere. Its not just a set of quizzes, because the lecture portion of the app provides really helpful explanations to certain concepts. One critique: I wish there were a greater set of questions. I started memorizing the answers instead of thinking about the questions. Overall- great study app.
This is easily the best app on iTunes I recommend it to everyone. I love this app sooooo much its amazing. Anyone who thinks otherwise is crazy. Love this. GOOD JOB!!!!!
